•  1997 – Elcon – Nutritional egg products d.o.o. is formed and joined to Elcon – Group

•  2002 – The most up-to-date technology regarding the egg – processing and packing of egg products has been introduced

•  2005. (November) – change of the ownership structure and entry of the firm Elcon prehrambeni proizvodi d.o.o. into the group of The Ekos holding d.o.o., Varaždin
