1. How to buy our products?

2. How to turn the powder products into the liquid ones (redehydration)?


Eggs in powder:
One liquid egg you get by adding 12 g of the egg powder and 48 g of lukewarm water and than mix thoroughly.

The yolk in powder: You can get the yolk of one egg in the way that to the yolk in powder weighing 7 – 7,5 g, you add 10 – 11 g of lukewarm water and mix thoroughly.

The egg-white in powder:
The egg-white of one egg you get in the way that to the egg white in powder weighing 3 – 3,5 g you add 20 – 25 g of kukewarm water and mix thoroughly.

 
3. Which are the ways of distribution?
All our products can be delivered to your door. Two delivery cars with refrigerating devices are always at our disposal.
   
4. What documents are enclosed to our deliveries regarding the quality?
Every of our deliveries is accompanied with an analytical microbiological report and confirmation on the health state of the adequate delivery containing the animal origin intended for human nutrition. This is what includes the inland transport of our products. In case we deliver our products to other countries, each delivery contains veterinary health certificate.
   
5. Where our products intended for export are declared?
The products pass through the customs within the factory of the manufacturer and then leave for the destination.
   
6. Is it possible to prepare a fried egg from the liquid pasteurized eggs?
Unfortunately not, because all our products have been homogenized, which means that the substance of an egg has been mixed into a mass.
